actress and now more of page 3 celebrity Neelam Kothari was recently spotted at Japanese restaurant for the unveling of their Fall/Winter 2009 luxe couture collection. As usual she was looking great and turned heads. Strange that we are not seeing her on television unlike many actress of generation and even younger.
